Fermented Chardonnay Barrel is the result of experimentation with Chardonnay and a response to the search for a new style of white wine. The Chardonnay variety is world-famous for its Burgundian wines, which are characterized by oak notes. In order not to deviate from our philosophy and to preserve maximum freshness, our hand-selected Chardonnay is allowed to ferment briefly in barrel. For this reason, citrus and tropical fruit aromas dominate, complemented by elegant notes of coconut, vanilla and caramel.
